1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.
2. Eligible Items for Return
To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, items must be:
- New and uninstalled
- Unwashed, unworn, and unused
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Received in the incorrect size or color
- Damaged, defective, or broken upon arrival
3. Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been used, installed, washed, or misused
- Items returned without an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Return Fees
Quality issues (defective, damaged, or incorrect items): We cover return shipping costs in full. No restocking fee. Full refund guaranteed within 30 days of delivery.
All other returns (change of mind, etc.): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No restocking fee will be charged, but the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund if shipping was subsidized.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at info@gtracing.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item to our returns address below and send us the tracking number as proof of return.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing Times
